It was love from the first sip!
This coffee comes from multiple local small holders in Worka district, Yirgacheffe region, Ethiopia. The ripe coffee cherries are put in steel tanks for being Carbonic Maceration processed over 168 hours, switching tempretures between 20 °C and 30°C every 12 hours. The cherries are then being dried on african bamboo tables, using a sort of mosquito net to create atrificial shade for slower drying process.
Try it out & you might (most likely) fell in love with this coffee as well. ;)
